Mould box
Manufactured from special wear-resistant steel, Hardox, with heat treatment for surface hardening and the placement of spacers along the entire height of manufacture. Manufacturing includes thermal cutting, welding and high-precision grinding processes, ensuring the uniformity and quality of each piece. This technique ensures high wear resistance, with a hardness of up to 60+ HRC at a depth of 1.5 mm.
- High durability: superior hardness to withstand demanding working conditions.
- Accuracy: cutting and specialised treatment to ensure a long service life in each production cycle of concrete blocks and other prefabricated products.
Counter mould
Made from special tempered, milled and polished steels, with automatic precision machining. The surfaces are hardened by heat treatment and coated with carburising for superior abrasion resistance, achieving a hardness of 60/62 HRC at a depth of 0.5/0.8 mm. Precision adjustment is carried out using specialised machinery, ensuring the exact fit of each component.
- High precision: manufacture of the mould using precision machinery.
- Better performance: ensures the consistency and uniformity of parts throughout their service life.
